Shipping outside of Europe (export)

Our authentic Belgian waffle irons are shipped all over the world.

Special packing is available and advised for International shipments, please select this option on your order or price request. Shipping cost and duration depend on your destination and are provided to you following an order or price request.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from BelgianWaffleIronStore.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Due to wide variety are power plugs in the world, we ship all our electric devices without power plug. You just need to add the correct plug on the power cord that works for you.

Payments

All goods are payable by PayPal, Credit Cards or bank transfer upon shipment of the goods from our facility.
Shortly after we receive your order you will provide you an invoice indicating the total price and a payment request. This price will include all your purchased items including shipment and payment reference number.
Once we have received the payment we will re-confirm the order and advice you on the estimated delivery time. Once the goods leave our facility you will be notified and receive the tracing number if available.

Warranty

All our devices come with a one year warranty on parts and labor. The transport of the device to and from our support facility is not covered by the warranty.

How do I make the perfect waffle?

We’ll give you 5 tips to make the perfect waffle:

  1. Read the instructions of your waffle maker carefully.
  2. Everything is written very simply on the bags of waffle mix. No difficulties or extra costs. Just add cold water to the mix and enjoy
  3. Make sure your waffles don’t stick to your waffle maker. Make sure you have a waffle iron that is well-seasoned. Extra oil or butter is not necessary.If you are using a different device, you can use baking spray.
  4. Don’t lift the lid too early. Always wait for the indicator lights or beeping mechanism on your waffle maker before opening the lid.
  5. Always clean your waffle maker after it’s cooled. It’ll guarantee a brighter future for your waffle maker.

How do Belgian waffles and regular waffles differ?

Compared to American waffles, Belgian waffles, especially Liege waffles, are thicker. They contain yeasted batter and pearl sugar. Belgian waffles usually have deeper pockets. Perfect for filling with butter, chocolate sauce, sugar, and more.

How much batter do I use in a waffle iron?

Put your batter in the center of the lower grid. Spread it with a spatula, and make sure it’s a heatproof one. About 3/4 cup or 200grams should do

Is there a difference between a waffle maker and a Belgian waffle maker?
